X Report
An X Report allows you to review totals without closing the business day.
Z Report
A Z Report is associated with end-of-day or closing activity according to your terminal configuration.
Before Running a Report
- Confirm whether you only need to review totals or close the business day.
- Confirm the correct merchant profile and reporting period.
- Review the report type before confirming the action.
Contact Support If
- You are unsure whether the report will close the business day.
- A report unexpectedly closes or settles activity.
- The totals do not match your payment records.
- The wrong merchant profile or reporting period appears.
