Find Your Terminal Model
Check the label on the back or underside of the terminal.
- P Series: P1, P3, P5, P8, P12, P17, P18
- QD Series: QD1, QD2, QD3, QD4, QD5
- Z Series: Z8, Z9, Z11

Identify the Interface
Look at the terminal screen for the application or interface being used.
- DvPayLite: Commonly used on P Series terminals
- AURA: Commonly used on QD and Z Series terminals
- Legacy: May be used on certain Z Series terminals
- DejaPayPro
- Register Lite
Note: The Z8 uses a non-touch interface, while Z9 and Z11 models use touchscreen interfaces.
