Dejavoo terminals can be used in different configurations. Knowing how your terminal is connected helps ensure you follow the correct support instructions.
Standalone Terminal
The terminal processes transactions independently without relying on a separate register or POS system.
Integrated POS or Register
The terminal is connected to a POS or register that sends transaction information to the payment device.
PIN Pad
The terminal is used primarily for customer-facing card and PIN entry while the transaction is controlled by another system.
Multi MID
The terminal may be configured to process transactions for more than one merchant profile. Make sure the correct profile is selected before processing a transaction.
Important: Integrated terminals may require troubleshooting both the payment terminal and the connected POS or register.
