Replace the Receipt Paper

Use compatible thermal receipt paper when replacing the roll in your Dejavoo terminal.

Replace the Paper Roll

1. Open the printer cover.
2. Remove the empty roll and any loose paper.
3. Insert a compatible thermal paper roll.
4. Make sure the printable side is facing the correct direction.
5. Pull a small amount of paper past the edge of the printer.
6. Close the printer cover firmly.
7. Use the paper feed option to confirm the paper is installed correctly.

Tip: If the paper feeds but remains blank, flip the roll and test again.
